Bringing women together for a nurturing Yin Yang Yoga practice and an afternoon of movement, stillness and deep relaxation — a chance to pause, breathe and leave feeling restored, with time beforehand to browse and try on the beautiful Inclusive.inc activewear pop-up shop — designed to fit and celebrate real women.
Come along, take some time for yourself, discover activewear made to fit you, then settle into an afternoon of movement, relaxation and wellbeing.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and cushion to get really cosy and comfortable in the sound healing. Eye masks will be supplied unless you wish to bring your own and there will be light refreshments afterwards but please bring water for during the practice. There is plenty of parking…
