Inflexible and in my fifties, the idea of yoga filled me with dread, notwithstanding the benefits it can offer me.  Doing this with a similar bunch of top blokes, makes this more tolerable and Jane pitches the exercises just the right side of (un)comfortable.  Don't get me wrong, I still don't enjoy it, but I couldn't enjoy yoga more! 

The Man on the Mat lessons are a great opportunity to relax and practice yoga in a lovely venue. Jane is a great teacher, taking the lessons seriously but injecting a bit of fun too.
