Located at one of the islands most beautiful settings overlooking the bay and islands of Herm and Sark.  This  class will ease you into the day with a gentle Yoga practice, including breath work (pranayama) floor based postures which are held longer to allow the body to enjoy greater flexibility and mobility benefits.  Finishing with a long relaxation to complete this blissful experience.

In the warmer weather this class will expand out to the terrace.

She definitely understood the difference between male and female approaches to exercise and yoga directionally, and conveyed how the male only class should undertake the movements.

Inflexible and in my fifties, the idea of yoga filled me with dread, notwithstanding the benefits it can offer me.  Doing this with a similar bunch of top blokes, makes this more tolerable and Jane pitches the exercises just the right side of (un)comfortable.  Don't get me wrong, I still don't enjoy it, but I couldn't enjoy yoga more! 

The Man on the Mat lessons are a great opportunity to relax and practice yoga in a lovely venue. Jane is a great teacher, taking the lessons seriously but injecting a bit of fun too.

Great Man on a Mat session last night.  Pigeons, camels, cats, cows... and of course, dogs!  But no standing up for a whole hour - very imaginative sequence from Jane...who always comes up with new stuff.  Felt great afterwards despite no warriors, mountains, trees or eagles!

Arrived on the mat feeling hassled.  Left an hour later feeling relaxed and fantastic! These sessions are great for mind and body.

Yoga is for men too!  Straight forward Yoga postures which will enhance  every aspect of our daily life.
