What happens at this event?

Located at one of the islands most beautiful settings overlooking the bay and islands of Herm and Sark. This class will ease you into the day with a gentle Yoga practice, including breath work (pranayama) floor based postures which are held longer to allow the body to enjoy greater flexibility and mobility benefits. Finishing with a long relaxation to complete this blissful experience.

In the warmer weather this class will expand out to the terrace.

Things to remember

Bring an extra layer of clothing, water bottle and aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in to this practice.

I throughly enjoyed my yoga on Sunday morning with Jane. Gentle flow and good stretch was just what I needed on Sunday morning. Jane is very good and careful in making sure that you are in the right position for the exercise. Which I feel is so important in learning my bodies ability. Thank you

Lovely gentle class. Perfect way to start a Sunday. I really enjoyed the slow but effective poses. Whatever your level of experience, Jane is always so good at making sure you are practising correctly, with her own very special combination of knowledge, kindness and fun.
