What happens at this event?

Yin Yang Yoga offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness to help you unwind at the end of your day. The class begins with gentle, flowing sequences to release built-up tension and reset your energy, followed by longer-held Yin poses to stretch deeply, calm the nervous system, and prepare your body for rest. Suitable for all levels, this grounding practice promotes relaxation, balance, and a peaceful transition into the evening.

Things to remember

The studio is located on the ground floor of Beau Sejour to the left of the reception desk. Come strategy to the studio.
